Don Noble was raised in Millersburg and graduated from West Holmes High School.  He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  After working in the banking industry for five years after graduation, in 1994 he became Manager of Human Resources for United Titanium in Wooster.  Don continues in this role today and also earned his Professional in Human Resources certification in 1998.

He is married to Theresa and they have two children, Nicholas and Stephanie.  They have lived in the Triway School District for the past fifteen years and have been actively involved with the Triway community.

Don has been actively involved in the Wooster/Wayne County community for many years.  He currently serves on the boards of Goodwill Industries of Wayne and Holmes Counties, Rails-to-Trails of Wayne Co., Wayne County Children Services, Wayne Economic Development Council, Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce, Wayne County Schools Career Center, Wooster Community Hospital Foundation, District 16 Natural Resources Assistance Council, and the Ohio to Erie Trail.  Don is also currently a member of the Wooster Rotary Club and the Wayne Area HR Association.  He is actively involved with the Wooster Arts Jazz Fest and is a member of the 2001 Leadership Wooster class.

Don views his school board commitment as the most important role he has of all the “community service” avenues in which he participates.  Not only maintaining the excellence of the Triway Schools, but continually improving our schools for the betterment of students, parents, teachers, staff, and the community is his top priority.  He is always amazed by the support and encouragement from everyone in the Triway community.  The “Triway Difference” is a special brand.  Being fiscally responsible with the tax dollars of the Triway Local Schools while meeting the needs of the students, is also one Don's priorities.  He takes great pride in being able to serve the people of Triway and recognizes it as a true privilege to be a member of the school board.
